Quinta Vila dos Reis

They are a small artisanal cheese dairy from Trás-os-Montes, produced exclusively with milk from the free pasture herd, which translates into a closed cycle, with meticulously controlled steps, resulting in the production of a cheese of excellence. At this moment welt hey have several varieties of cheese: natural sheep’s cheese, rosemary, oregano, peppery, spicy, extra spicy, walnut, rosemary with chilli, mixed sheep and cow’s cheese, natural and peppery and curd.
