Innovation to achieve the impact of our activity on nature we have tried to innovate, using practices and technology that allow us to leave our footprint on nature, as an example of this we are committed to a continuous line of ecological olive oil extraction, pruning machines and electric poles and we have reduced mobilizations to a minimum, thus promoting biodiversity and improving soil quality. To consume our products is to continue the work of preserving and conserving nature, therefore helping to preserve this area of the geopark so that our generations can enjoy this magnificent, unique environment and leave a legacy for future generations.

Product Description:

Our olive oil is grown in traditional olive groves where the traditions and heritage of ancestors are preserved. The excellence of the olive is reflected in the quality of the oil. This quality is due to the climate and soil. Olive groves have deep, acidic to slightly alkaline soils, resulting from the existing geological substrate (rock). The rocks in this Geopark portray evidence of ancient continents and an ocean, prior to the formation of the last supercontinent, Pangea.
