Product Description:
Narciso Olive oil is grown on land with orographic, geological and climatic particularities. Olive groves are produced on land at levels lower than 800m, in acidic or slightly acidic soils, preferably in clayey soils, which gives the soil good drainage and air circulation. The existing clayey soils (shales) are the result of rocks that were once formed on the banks of an ancient underwater continent, and which, due to the forces of nature, are currently emerging.
