Melvale is a producer of mountain honey made by bees from wildflowers found in the heart of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, more specifically in Vale da Amoreira, in the municipality of Manteigas.
Products
The multifloral honey is extracted and bottled and also candles are produced from pure beeswax that remains. These candles tend to burn more cleanly. Furthermore, they are biodegradable and contain no additives, dyes, or artificial fragrances.
