The Product
Colline Novaresi Barbera is a traditional red wine produced in the geopark buffer zone. The vines are grown on the alluvial terraces forming the Colline Novaresi hills. The grapes are hand-picked in small crates and fermentation takes place in cement tanks. The wine is deep-red, fruity, mineral and pleasantly fresh on the palate, and it’s very well suited for the traditional food of the region. The geological features of the area and traditional winemaking give this wine a unique character.
